Power banks, batteries, e-cigarettes, pressurized aerosol sprays, flammable liquids, and similar items.
Cash, bank cards, SIM cards, counterfeit goods, knives/weapons, drugs, and similar items.
Electronics, drones, and special items are accepted for shipping only after confirmation per regulations. Please provide product details for confirmation before shipping.
How To Use

- For unusual items, larger quantities, oversized or overweight parcels, or anything uncertain, please provide photos and details for confirmation first.
- Our staff are experienced with mainland China customs procedures and will not leave shippers to bear risk based on vague answers.
- Taxes, remote-area fees, address changes, returns, redelivery, or special handling fees are charged separately as applicable.
Declaration Requirements
- The recipient must provide full name, national ID number, front and back photos of the ID, phone number, and address.
- Items must comply with personal-use regulations and reasonable quantities; the total declared value of goods in a single parcel must not exceed RMB 2,000.
- If declaration information is incomplete, incorrect, or false, resulting in additional tax, delays, returns, holds, destruction, or other costs, the sender bears full responsibility.
How Is Tax Calculated
Parcels imported to mainland China are taxed according to the applicable rate for the declared items. If a parcel contains items with different tax rates, the highest rate may apply to the whole parcel.
[Total Declared Value] x [Applicable Tax Rate] = Tax- If the calculated tax is NT$230 or more: the calculated tax must be paid.
- If the calculated tax is below NT$230: the tax is waived.

Shipping Notices
Calculated based on whichever is greater — the actual weight after packaging or the volumetric weight.
Length(cm) x Width(cm) x Height(cm) / 6000.
Any weight under 1kg is still charged as 1kg.
Please be sure to reinforce your own packaging to prevent damage from pressure or drops during transit.
Lost parcels are compensated up to 2x the shipping fee; the value of the contents is not separately compensated. For high-value items, we recommend purchasing additional insurance.
If a parcel does not comply with shipping regulations and must be returned, a return handling fee will be charged, and it will be sent back freight collect.
Customs has the right to inspect goods. If delays, holds, or returns occur due to false declarations, prohibited items, customs policy, or force majeure, the sender bears the related responsibility.
