Fees & Taxes

Shipping is usually charged by the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is length x width x height(cm) / 6000.

Differences may come from actual packed weight, dimensions, declared value, destination, customs decision, extra handling, or missing information.

Taxes depend on cargo type, item category, declared value, and customs assessment. Personal parcel tax and general trade taxes follow different logic.

For high-value cargo, ask support before shipping whether additional insurance or another service arrangement is recommended.

Volumetric weight reflects package size. Large but light parcels may be charged by volumetric weight instead of actual weight.

The estimate is a reference based on entered data. Final billing depends on actual packed weight, dimensions, item value, and customs assessment.

Taxes and customs-related fees are generally borne by the sender or recipient according to the service arrangement and customs decision.

Packaging changes actual weight and dimensions, which may change chargeable weight. Reinforced packaging is still recommended for protection.

Some destination areas or delivery conditions may create additional charges. Confirm with support when the address is remote.

No. False declaration may cause delays, penalties, seizure, return, or sender responsibility.

Support can estimate based on information provided, but final taxes depend on customs assessment and actual declaration results.

Payment arrangement depends on service type and account setup. Confirm before shipment to avoid warehouse hold.
